Returns & Exchanges
At Aachho, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Aachho account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the relevant items to start your request.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details; please upload clear photos of the product and tags if prompted for a faster approval.
Handover the Package
After approval, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the shipment from your doorstep within 2-3 business days; ensure the package is securely sealed.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
